  • Consultation via phone call (50 – 90min), wherein we will discuss your aims & goals, history, existing condition if any, blood works to be done, current lifestyle and daily routines, current diet assessment, risk factors, immediate changes required, medication tapering plan in co-ordination with your physician and dietary plans
  • Assessment and Analysis of provided data, and preparation of optimal dietary strategy
  • Follow-up at every variable step, and access to WhatsApp for doubts and concerns
  • 3-week baseline establishment diet plan, this plan sets the guidelines of the dietary protocol and prepares you digestive system to a recovery mode of functioning
  • 3 weeks of system cleansing plan, this plan gets rid of old and unwanted toxic load of the body, while preparing for maximum nutrients absorption
  • 3 weeks of gut microbiome re-establishment, this plan provides the necessary friendly microbes that are essential for digestive health
  • 1 week of intermittent fasting strategy, this plan puts you into rest and digest mode, and maximizes recovery of the organ system
  • Re Nutritive plan, for you this plan is designed in sections based on your progress through the various pre requisite plans and the season you’re in at this stage
  • Follow-up and blood works discussion at various stages of the program to monitor progress
  • Final Consultation, in this we will discuss the progress through the year and recommendations for self-progression.
