Shipping Policy

Shipping times will vary based on the location of delivery. However, we try our best to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Our goal is to complete a delivery within 2 to 3 business days in India and 5 to 6 business days in other parts of the world. Due to COVID restrictions, some orders might take additional 1 or 2 days to deliver.

How can I track my order?

Whenever an order you placed through Paralleldimension.life, you can expect a shipment confirmation email with all the details. It will be sent to the email address used during the checkout process.

International Orders

For international orders, customer is only liable for any additional custom duties and taxes.
